Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our mobile spray tan services! Please review our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Regular Appointments

  • Deposit: A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Deposits can be applied to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed window.
  • No-Shows / Late Arrival: If you fail to attend or are not ready at the scheduled time, the $20 deposit will be retained. Full no-shows are charged the full appointment cost.
  • Confirmation: All mobile appointments must be confirmed by text on the morning of your scheduled appointment.

Group & Bridal Bookings

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the session.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits can be applied to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed window.
  • Late or Unfulfilled Appointments: Appointments that cannot be fulfilled due to late arrival or other issues will incur a 25% charge of the booking.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.

Tan Packages

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds: No refunds are available for package purchases.
  • Usage Time Frame: Packages must be used within the designated time period.
  • Deposits / Rescheduling: Not applicable, as the package is paid in full.

Mobile Appointment Policy

  • All appointments are mobile, and we arrive at your location. Timely arrival is essential—if a client is late, we cannot guarantee that the appointment can still be completed, as other bookings may be scheduled afterward. In such cases, fees or deposits may apply as outlined in this policy.
